Atlantic | Pacific Management has picked up the contract to manage the Design District's Atlas Plaza, home to Michael's Genuine Food & Drink.

The plaza property is also the future home of Rolex and Longchamp, according to a statement from Atlantic | Pacific Management senior managing director Tom Smith.

Located on Northeast 39th Street and 40th Street, Atlas Plaza has about 22,000 square feet. The property is home to a number of luxury boutiques including Turchin Love & Light, Sebastien James, I On The District, Hair Dragon, Scotch & Soda, and Markowicz Fine Art.
